Grade 9 (PPL108- Girls, PPL109 - Boys)
This course is an introduction to highschool Physical and Health Education. Sports covered differ slightly between the two sexes. Health topics in this course include healthy sexuality and drugs and alcohol.

Grade 11 (PPL301)
This is our extremely popular elective course. Students are able to choose from many different activities - some in the school but many outside the school. Many of the activities are fee based but students can control monetary amounts by the electives that they choose. This course is co-ed. The Health unit in this course centres on a review of sexuality and decision making, mental disorders, communication skills and more.
Grade 11 (PPZ301)
This course is a fitness based course with a strong background in theory. Students taking this course must be prepared to centre on their individual fitness through such things as running, cycling and through use of the weight room.
