1. There are 11 players on the field at one time -10 players (forwards, half-backs full backs) and a goalkeeper. The game begins with a pass back

2.  The field is 100 yards by 60 yards

3.  No body contact is allowed

4.  The stick is flat on one side and rounded on the other. Only the flat side of the stick may be used to play the ball.

5.  A goal must be scored from within a 16 yard semicircle which surrounds the goa

6.  No player may play the ball with any part of her body, except the goalkeeper,

7.  The ball may not be dangerously raised or undercut.

8.  When a foul is committed, a free hit is awarded to the opposing team on the spot where the fould occurred. In the striking circle, a penalty corner is awarded.

9.  The stick may not be raised above the shoulder. (waist in class)
