the ball touches the ground), a member of the opposing team puts it into
play from that point by a "throw-in". Player throwing in must stand behind
the side line, ball may be played either as an aerial or as a ground ball.
The player doing the throw in shall not play the ball until it has been
played by
another player.
Crossing goal line:
If a ball goes over the goal line and does not score, it shall be put
into play by a place-kick (goalie kick), by the opposing team.
Playing Privileges:
1. The ball may be caught or otherwise played with the hands when it is an aerial ball.
2. A ground ball may be kicked, headed, or bounced off the body. It cannot be played with the hands or the arms. A ground ball may be converted into an aerial ball by kicking it up to a teammate or to oneself.
3. A player may dribble the ball with his feet at will, or drop a caught ball to the ground if he wished to kick or dribble.
4. No holding, charging, pushing, or blocking is permitted. Persons
must play the ball and not their opponents.
